ARTOLIO Eni Cbc Med, the innovative project that supports small-scale extra virgin olive oil producers in the Mediterranean basin, announces exclusive marketing strategy workshops for its beneficiaries.
Barcelona, June 13, 2023 - These workshops will be held in the geographical locations of the beneficiaries, to facilitate their attendance and maximize their benefit.
The training day and implementation support will be provided by Jesús Gordillo, Head of Communication and Marketing at ARTOLIO, and Head of Strategy at Kellenföl Ad. With extensive experience in the sector, Gordillo has a deep knowledge of the latest marketing trends and tools, which guarantees a high quality and effective training for the beneficiaries of the project.
ARTOLIO Comunicación's marketing strategy workshops are designed to provide beneficiaries with personalised and practical training in the creation and implementation of effective and successful marketing strategies. Participants will learn how to identify market opportunities, optimize their resources and develop campaigns that will generate tangible results for their business.
In order to adapt to the specific needs of each beneficiary, the workshops will be held in the geographical locations of the participants, allowing for greater flexibility and a more focused approach to the particularities of each region and sector. This modality guarantees a more comfortable, personalised and effective learning experience for the participants.
Some of the topics to be reviewed:
- Situation analysis: Identify the challenges and opportunities faced by small-scale extra virgin olive oil producers in the context of the ARTOLIO ENI CBC MED project.
- Objectives: To set clear and measurable targets to increase profitability, resilience and job creation in rural areas, while promoting environmental sustainability.
- Segmentation and positioning: Identify and segment potential customers and markets for the extra virgin olive oil produced by the project beneficiaries. Develop a competitive and differentiated positioning.
- Marketing and communication strategies: Develop effective tactics to promote the product, including the use of social media, public relations, advertising, content marketing and events.
- Distribution channels: Identify and establish efficient distribution channels to reach consumers and target markets.
- Implementation and monitoring: Establish a timeline and action plan for implementing the marketing and communication strategies, as well as a performance monitoring and evaluation system.
- Training and support: Take advantage of the marketing strategy workshops offered by ARTOLIO Comunicación and the experience of Jesús Gordillo to strengthen the beneficiaries' skills and knowledge in marketing and communication.
This workshop aims to guide the beneficiaries of the project, but it does not replace training, as the time for counseling is limited.
As Jesús Gordillo says, "we consider it more important to know what they have to do and where they should go (or not), than to give extensive training in social media, seo, sem".
ARTOLIO ENI CBC MED expects the marketing strategy workshops to be a valuable tool to boost the growth and success of the beneficiaries in their respective markets.
